Crystal has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2004. After 10 years of working in the back office she transitioned to the front office and was eventually promoted to office manager. She is currently the office manager at Concord Advanced Dentistry and is well informed on all dental terminology and technology. She is able to transition smoothly from dental assisting to insurance processing to supervising day to day operations. Her caring nature and humorous attitude make patients feel comfortable and happy when in the dental chair and at the reception desk. This welcoming attitude is carried on in her personal life when spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys hiking, camping and watching movies with her husband and sons.
Ariana has been a receptionist for 4 years and is responsible for our front desk scheduling. She is motivated, charismatic and is the first smiling face you will see when you come into our office. In her free time she loves to be outdoors and is currently learning how to sew and embroider.

With the merger of her previous office into Concord Advanced Dentistry in 2022, Lisa seamlessly transitioned to our team, delivering exceptional care to our patients. Beyond work, Lisa finds joy in quality family time and exploring new destinations through travel.
I am a dedicated dental receptionist driven by a genuine passion for aiding others, evident in my warm patient interactions and commitment to fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Actively pursuing further education, I am staying current with dental advancements while engaging in community outreach to extend oral health awareness. Leeann began her career in the dental field in 2012 where she worked as a dental receptionist while schooling to become a dental hygienist. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Diablo Valley College in 2019 and volunteered in many children programs providing oral health education. Having experience administratively and clinically has given Leeann much knowledge in the dental office. The most important thing to Leeann about her job is having a trusting relationship with all her patients. When not working she enjoys vacationing, eating good food, exercising and spending time with her family and friends.
