Dental Implants

Eating, speaking, and smiling are all less appealing when you have missing teeth. Dental implants provide a long term solution that has the look and feel of your natural teeth, and are firmly secured into the jaw. Our synthetic tooth roots are made of titanium and are surgically placed. Some may not be a candidate for dental implants due to insufficient bone mass, but bone graft procedures can fix this issue if our Dentist determines that implants are right for you. Patients with gum disease, chronic illnesses, or who smoke may also fail to qualify.  Schedule an appointment with us to see if you are a candidate for dental implants.

Cone BEAM CT Imaging

If you need dental implants, sometimes when assessing your mouth, facial or dental x-rays just aren’t enough. Cone BEAM CT imaging takes an image from around the patient to offer more detailed images of the bone around your teeth, and they’re quickly becoming a popular option because they offer more detailed views of your facial bones. A single scan allows your dentist to take between 150 and 700 high-quality, panoramic 3D images, making it easier to complete your dental evaluation and look closely at your facial bones. It’s often used for surgical planning if you’re getting dental implants or to offer detailed scans that help with other restorative and cosmetic procedures.

Dental Crowns & Bridges

The use of dental crowns and dental bridges can be paramount to the restoration of proper health and function to a patient’s mouth. Dental crowns can be necessary if you need a filling that will take up a large portion of the tooth, or if the tooth is in danger of being fractured or has already broken. Dental bridges are often used when gaps between teeth would result in your overall bite changing if left untreated. You don’t want your teeth to shift if you have missing teeth and dental bridges can make sure they stay right where they should be.

CEREC – Same Day Crowns

At Concord Advanced Dentistry, we offer a variety of restorative dentistry options, including CEREC same day crowns. Crowns, sometimes called caps, cover the surface of the tooth to restore it to its original size and shape. Adding dental crowns allow us to strengthen and protect your tooth structure that can’t be restored with other restorations. Crowns may be used for cosmetic enhancement, fractured fillings, fractured or broken teeth, along with root canals, or for decayed teeth. With CEREC crowns, the entire process only takes a single day. CEREC is an advanced milling machine we have on site that lets us design, make, and then place your ceramic crowns all in one visit.
